New Gym Equipment, custom punching bag stand, focus mitts, TRX, landmine, BOSU, medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, free weights, and an outdoor area with dip/pull up bar, tractor tires and other outdoor equipment.
Personal Training:
Individual & groups of 2-3, instruction specific to the needs of the clients
Circuit Classes:
Small group workout including beginning/intermediate strength & cardio exercises
Boot Camps:
Small group workout including advanced high-intensity strength & cardio exercises
Running Group:
Small group workout geared to a goal of completing a 10k or half marathon
Open Gym:
Facility drop-in, no appointment needed. Per-use fee & monthly fee option available.
